climate control and a flat-screen tv with satellite channels in the room and the good bed. exceptional and friendly staff and altogether a very very good experience. location just off mostly gardens as well as the beach.

Richard Inn Residency exceeded my expectations with its fabulous location near Calangute Beach and the exceptional service provided by the friendly family management. the room, freshly renovated and vibrant, offered all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay, including a flat-screen TV, private bathroom, and even a lovely balcony with garden views.
One minor downside was the presence of a door between my room and the neighboring one, allowing some noise transfer.
